Simply put an entertainment house. That is the definition of this amazing house. An iconic and uniquely designed two-storey building with a concrete roof terrace that has a swimming pool at the top is blast for this project. This building, sited at the apex of a hill flattened to take advantage of the views around the site. A U-shaped design with a swimming pool in the middle and the house joined to the outer building by a bridge. The bridge connects the main building to the outer one, which is an office on the first floor and a security and gymnasium on the ground floor. A stone clad feature wall at the porch, which is located on the very right hand side of the building, leads to a glass pivot door with modern security features. On the right, upon entry is the series of vertical timber slats which walls the home theatre with thick total blackout curtains operated electronically. Straight ahead is the equally security glass pivot door for the master suite. In this gorgeous suite, we have a bedroom with en suite, large walk-in-closet, private timber and steel open riser stairs projecting off the wall that leads to the second bedroom for the master suite at the top which also features an open bathroom. This upstairs master has skylight windows carved from the concrete roof and the beautiful plaster of paris ceilings. Walking past the home theatre is the main timber and steel construction staircase with open risers and vertical timber slats forming the balustrades and handrail for the stair. Directly opposite the stair is a gallery that leads you to a large, open-plan kitchen, dining and living area that flows across to the outdoor alfresco and pool area via a huge glass bi-fold door. The upstairs has been designed as a family-friendly area for the children, housing three bedrooms with en suites and a communal terrace accessed from both the sitting area and bedroom number two. This terrace has a limestone-look wall cladding with glass balustrades and a nicely crafted ceiling designs. On the extreme end of this first floor is another terrace with timber and steel pergola for outdoor entertainment as it has a huge television set on the wall that can be viewed, from the swimming pool and spa on the ground floor. This particular terrace has planters around the two sides to screen the space for privacy from the neighbours and has concrete seats with timber slats on. The rooftop also has planters with carefully chosen plants to bring shade and to act as a privacy screen to the terrace. This place is accessed from the first floor via a concrete staircase that is blocked from the outside with a series of vertical timber slats and the staircase is covered with a motorized steel plate, which opens and closes with a switch or remote control.
